REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS All bidders must register with a valid email address, mailing address, and phone number. You will create your own username and password. Bidders who provide incomplete or inaccurate information will be denied access to the auction.
LEGAL NOTICE All bids are binding and cannot be retracted. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to complete the purchase under the terms stated herein.
Bidders are responsible for arranging financing and completing any inspections prior to bidding. A default penalty of 15% of the purchase price (minimum $500) will be assessed for non-performance. Sharp Auction and/or the seller reserve the right to pursue legal remedy for non-performance within 10 days of the auction close.
